Role Description:

Experienced SolarWinds Expert to own the delivery of enterprise monitoring platform across a large-scale environment. This role provides end to end visibility across network, compute, storage, operating systems, and databases, supporting operations. You will design and create HLD, LLD, build documentations, SolarWinds dashboards, alerting, topology views, and reports, while ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, and integrated with operational tools and devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support SolarWinds monitoring across network, compute, storage, OS, and database platforms
  • Build focused dashboards, service views, alerts, and reports
  • Create network topology maps across multiple sites and networks
  • Ensure asset visibility and life cycle reporting
  • Integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow, Splunk, and network management tools
  • Support dual site operations with primary and failover capability
  • Align to SolarWinds hardening and best practices
  • Ensure scalability
