The Software Architect will be part of the Integration Portfolio DevOps team, responsible for designing and guiding delivery of modern, cloud-native, microservice-based solutions across a broad range of client delivery groups and client portfolios. The role focuses on defining scalable, reusable architectural patterns and working directly with engineering teams to build secure, reliable, and operable services that accelerate integration delivery across the portfolio. This is a hands-on architecture role, embedded within a DevOps model, combining design authority with active contribution to delivery.
Key responsibilities:- Define and evolve architecture for cloud-native, microservice-based solutions across the Integration Portfolio.
- Establish and promote reusable patterns for:
- API and event-driven integration
- Microservices design and decomposition
- CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
- Observability, monitoring, and operational readiness
- Work directly with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy services on cloud platforms.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements.
