Making Tax Digital (MTD) is fundamentally transforming the UK tax system to use digitally integrated tools. MTD is a key part of the government's ambition for Client to become one of the most digitally advanced tax authorities in the world. MTD will make it easier for businesses, self-employed individuals, and landlords to get their tax right first time by integrating tax into their day-to-day business activities through the use of software and digital tools. It will create a single, up-to-date view of a customer's tax affairs in one, modern and robust IT System.

  • Conduct research and engage with a diverse range of users to design experiences that address real challenges and meet their needs effectively.
  • Create high-quality, compelling design concepts and artefacts such as personas, flows, service maps and wireframes.
  • Design in an inclusive and accessible way.
