Knowledge Management Architecture Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support a global Knowledge Management Transformation program for a leading international hospitality organization. The successful candidate will help define future-state knowledge architecture, information structures, governance models, and AI-readiness capabilities while working closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define future-state information and knowledge architecture.
- Assess current-state knowledge ecosystems, repositories, and content structures.
- Design metadata models, taxonomy frameworks, and semantic structures.
- Support development of Knowledge Management operating models and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to AI-readiness assessments and knowledge enablement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define migration approaches for knowledge assets and content repositories.
- Collaborate with architecture, platform, and transformation teams.
- Prepare executive-level recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture, or Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge ecosystems.
- Experience in digital transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge Management transformation programs.
- SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, LeanIX, or similar platforms.
- AI-enabled knowledge solutions and semantic technologies.
- Hospitality, travel, or large enterprise environments.
