We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Associate to join a busy HR Operations team. This role will support a range of HR administration and employee support activities, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling HR-related queries, maintaining employee records, supporting learning and development administration, and working across various HR systems. Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve HR-related queries through HR systems and service management tools.
- Provide administrative support across HR processes and employee life cycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Support learning and development administration and respond to training-related enquiries.
- Communicate with employees and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams, email, and telephone.
- Conduct data entry, validation, and record maintenance activities.

- Proven experience within an HR Administration, HR Support, or HR Operations role.
- Strong data entry and record management experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
