On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes. Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs. Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues.
