We're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Payroll Consultant to implement and support Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules process, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. You'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients.
Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for the UK public sector. You'll also need to lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules.
A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
