Role Description

OpRes Leadership (Capacity Management Framework Implementation at Business Service Level) The Supplier will provide leadership for the implementation of the Capacity Management Framework across Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical Operations (COs), engaging senior stakeholders and Operational Resilience Entity Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption of Capacity Management practices at Business Service level.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Operational Resilience Entities.
  • Ensure alignment of capacity requirements with resilience objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversee integration of framework deliverables into service governance, testing, and reporting.
  • Track and escalate risks to adoption, ensuring timely remediation or mitigations.
