We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take on a broad and visible role across the UK. This role sits at the heart of how we attract, hire, and support talent. This role spans three key areas:
- Leading a Talent Acquisition team aligned to key business areas
- Owning and delivering inclusive hiring programmes
- Acting as the UK point of contact for TA operations, governance, and systems
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and TA function, playing a key role in driving delivery excellence, enabling inclusive hiring, and shaping how TA operates across the UK.
Your role:
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Delivery- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 Talent Acquisition Business Partners supporting Core Services and Market Units, with dotted line management to Business Services (1 offshore TABP)
- Drive consistency and quality across end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Partner with business leaders and HR to support workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Own and deliver key inclusive hiring programmes; Relaunch client, Ambitious About Autism, CodeYour Future and Code First Girls
- Design and implement approaches to attract and engage diverse talent pools
- Build relationships with external partners and communities to strengthen diverse talent pipelines, whilst looking to broaden the scope of work across the business units
- Track and report on programme success, identifying opportunities for improvement in UK TA Operations, Governance & Systems
- Act as the UK point of contact for TA-related queries across systems, governance, and processes
- Manage and resolve escalations, ensuring alignment with policies and best practice
- Support testing and rollout of system or process changes across TA
- Ensure adherence to global TA governance, compliance, and ethical hiring standards
Your skills and experience:
We're looking for someone with talent acquisition experience including exposure to delivery, stakeholder management, or projects. Previous experience supporting or leading TA teams/initiatives, with experience or strong interest in inclusive hiring or programme delivery.
