Job Title: Supply Coordinator
Location: London, SW11 8BZ (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Pay rate: £300 per day on PAYE
Overview:
A Retail Supply Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and strategy of non-inventory supplies for Client's Retail stores throughout the EMEA region. This person will join a passionate team of professionals who are driven to ensure the creation and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures that contribute to the Client's Retail experience.
This individual will be able to work independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional team. Also, he/she must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Support the management of commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providers
Vendor management, including sourcing, logistics, pricing and participating in strategic business reviews
Execute established supply kitting processes for new store openings and remodels
Product life cycle management from launch to end-of-life disposition
Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies and cost savings
Engage with retail store teams to coordinate operational requirements through direct and indirect forms of communication
Other responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
BA/BS required
3+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management experience
A dynamic, intelligent and passionate individual with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
