We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to join a busy internal recruitment team within a large public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruitment professional who enjoys working strategically with hiring managers, using recruitment data to influence decision-making, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a variety of business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective resourcing plans.
  • Advertise vacancies and manage attraction activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights.
  • Analyse recruitment data and market intelligence to support evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Produce recruitment reports and identify trends to improve recruitment performance.
  • Manage multiple vacancies while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify recruitment processes and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Civil Service recruitment principles and organisational policies.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies and contributing to wider workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment data and producing market intelligence.
  • Experience advertising vacancies and managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality recruitment service and driving continuous improvement.
  • Aware of Civil Service recruitment principles.

  • Experience using Oleeo ATS.
