Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end Client HCM Cloud solution architecture
- Drive HR transformation initiatives across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned to UK regulatory and Higher Education requirements.
- Provide leadership across implementation life cycle, including design, integration, data migration, and team mentoring.
