We are seeking a highly experienced Loan IQ Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support large-scale migration initiatives from ACBS to Loan IQ. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data migration frameworks, Data Conversion Toolkit (DCT), and end-to-end migration life cycle execution, ensuring accurate and timely data transition into Loan IQ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Migration Activities
  • Execute DCT (Data Conversion Toolkit) migration uploads for Loan IQ.
  • Drive end-to-end data migration life cycle, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Understand and implement file-based migration approaches from ACBS to Loan IQ.
  • Analyze Legacy data structures (ACBS) and map them to Loan IQ target schemas.
  • Identify data gaps, transformation rules, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Possess deep functional and technical understanding of Loan IQ DCT framework.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and validate DCT loads.
  • Review and resolve DCT errors and exceptions efficiently.
  • Perform data quality checks and reconciliation post-migration.
  • Ensure accuracy across loans, commitments, borrowers, facilities, and related financial data.
  • Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and dress rehearsals.
  • Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure migration readiness.
  • Provide insights into migration strategy, sequencing, and cutover planning.
  • Document migration processes, mapping logic, and validation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Loan IQ implementation and migration projects.
  • Hands-on expertise with DCT (Data Conversion Toolkit) including execution and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in ACBS to Loan IQ data migration.
  • Solid understanding of commercial lending products, including loans, facilities, commitments, and borrower structures.
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to analyze migration files, data formats, and interfaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
