Pay Rate: £640 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end Client HCM Payroll processes, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
- Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows based on business needs.
- Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll integrations, reporting, and compliance.
