Role: Caseworker.
Contract Length: 31/03/2027
Location Hybrid: - Whitehall (Inner London) Induction onsite, then hybrid. 1-3 days per week on site, as required for Business needs.
Top 3 Essential Evaluation Criteria:
- Active SC Clearance (no restrictions) and a Sole UK National. Dual Nationals cannot view UK Eyes only Secret documents which are part of the workload.
- Caseworker experience.
- Microsoft Office 365 competent.
Minimum Requirement:
- Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
- Experience using government policy to make decisions.
- Experience working to strict policies and procedures.
- Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
- Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
- Previous Casework Experience.
- Experience of problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Good knowledge of Data Protection.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills.
- Understanding of English, especially written.
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
- Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.
- Empathy.

- Home Office/Police/Immigration background.
