Role Description:
Finance & Actuarial Transformation is a multi-year project to simplify finance processes and data and adopt the Client technology stack. The Solution Data Architect's role will be to:
- Ensure consistency and long term alignment between project delivery and Intact's target Data Architecture.
- Own solution level data design, models, flows, and integration mappings.
- Ensure the data architecture inside F&AT is standardised, reusable and scalable.
- Act as the data architecture backstop without owning delivery or build.
Prior experience with any of the following would be highly desirable but not essential:
- Solvency 2
- IFRS17
- Finance systems
- Client stack (AR/AP/GL/CM/AHCS/FCCS/ARCS/HCM/FDI)
Solution Data Architecture Expertise:
Hands-on experience as a solution data architect, with a deep understanding of data modelling, integration patterns and architectural design.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
Professionalism & Influence:
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, challenge constructively and maintain composure and respect in complex discussions.
Industry Experience in Insurance or Financial Services will be a plus.
