- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries. \n
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while delivering a high standard of service. \n
- Coordinate, compile, and analyse information from multiple sources to support operational activities. \n
- Track and follow up customer enquiries, planning consultations, and case updates to ensure timely completion. \n
- Monitor workloads and priorities to help maintain agreed service levels. \n
- Provide accurate administrative support and ensure technical information is communicated clearly and efficiently. \n
- Maintain accurate records and manage data within internal information systems. \n
- Work with technical teams to support environmental permitting activities and customer requests. \n
- Ensure work is completed in line with established procedures, quality standards, and timescales. \n
Essential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, customer engagement, or business support. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Experience coordinating information from different sources and maintaining accurate records. \n
- Good literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. \n
- Ability to learn new systems and work with technical information. \n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. \n
Desirable

- Experience or qualifications related to the environmental sector. \n
- Knowledge or interest in environmental permitting, planning, flood risk, or environmental management. \n
