We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada. We have an excellent job opportunity for you.

Location: Stevenage

Work mode: Fully Onsite, 5 days/week

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Rate: £472 per day all inc. (PAY through Umbrella)

Role Description:

Jira Confluence Administration Responsibilities

  • Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence environments.
  • Configure and maintain projects, issue types, workflows, screens, field configurations, permissions, notification schemes, and security schemes.
  • Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, knowledge bases, and content governance.
  • Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access permissions.
  • Configure Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Support Agile teams with Jira best practices and process improvements.

Support Operations Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM platforms.
