Job Description:

  • Time Management Analysis & Design
  • Payroll Support
  • Ensure accurate Time-to-Pay integration.
  • Validate payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs.
  • Work closely with Payroll teams to resolve time-related payroll discrepancies.
  • Analyze existing SAP ECC Time Management configuration and business processes.
  • Participate in workshops to gather business requirements and assess impacts on Time Management processes.
  • Support the design of the Time Management solution within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize time-related processes.

Configuration & Build:

  • Configure and support SAP Time Management components, including:
    • Work Schedules
    • Daily and Period Work Schedules
    • Holiday Calendars
    • Attendance Types
    • Absence Types
    • Leave Entitlements and Quotas
    • Time Evaluation
    • Time Wage Type Generation
    • Overtime and Shift Premium Processing
  • Review and remediate existing custom developments and enhancements where required.
  • Should be able to write Time management PCRs and modify Time Schema.
