Role Description:
- Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, conduct, and capability cases.
- Manager Guidance: Provide clear HR advice on policies, processes, and best practice.
- Performance Management: Support improvement plans, capability processes, and performance conversations.
- Case Management: Own cases from start to resolution with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Compliance: Ensure fair and consistent handling in line with company policy and employment legislation.
