Role Title: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Business Process Analyst Location: Hybrid 60% office – 40% home – Barnsley S70 2PY Duration: 28/11/2025 Rate: £369/day Contract Inside IR35 on umbrella Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HAM Business Process Analyst to support our Hardware Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, with specific experience in IT asset life cycle management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document current HAM processes across procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to streamline workflows. Support the implementation of HAM tools and systems (eg, ServiceNow, Flexera). Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare reports and dashboards to track asset performance and utilization.
