Role Title: Corporate Personal Assistant
Location: Northampton (Hybrid)
Duration: 30/11/2025
Rate: £268 per day Inside IR35 status

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive.
