Role: Estates Surveyor
Contract Length: 31-03-26
Location: Newcastle, Manchester, Exeter, Bristol. Cardiff, Peterborough, Worthing, West Malling, Reading.
Expected to travel, 1 or 2 face to face meetings in North. Approx Once a month/as per business needs

Role Specific
Take full day to day estate management responsibilities for your allocated portfolio.
Provide property advice and recommendations
To deliver property transactions within your portfolio
Hold a recognised professional surveying qualification, preferably graduate background.
Hold significant estate management experience.
Provide guidance on Licenses to alter, wayleaves and telecoms code.
General Responsibilities
Supporting the Principal Corporate Property Surveyors
Managing a defined property portfolio
Delivering property advice, guidance and transactions in support of the property strategy and good estate management.
Providing advice and professional support to the client Group businesses
Assisting in the provision of specialist advice, guidance and assurance in line with relevant legislation and best practice
Sharing technical expertise to improve knowledge, capability and competence
Collaborating and partnering with colleagues across the client Group and other government bodies
Commissioning, supervising and delivering through external property advisors
About The Candidate (specialist skills & requirements):
Qualifications
Candidate must demonstrate they have a degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in one or more of the follolwing: Wayleaves Licenses to Alter Telecoms Code
Understand commercial property
Landlord/tenant law
Property management practice
Used to working with ext suppliers
Some familiarity with commissioning & assuring advice that is being provided by ext consultants & advisors
Don't want:
