The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking an experienced Pega engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of Pega-based solutions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on Pega development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to work within secure and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
  • Design, build, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements (Must Have):

  • Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience working with Pega technology at a developer level.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, and messaging-based solutions.
  • PCSSA (Pega Certified System Architect) certification as a minimum.
  • Available to start immediately.

Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have):

  • 4+ years' experience working with Pega technologies.
  • PCLSA Part 1 certification.
  • Experience delivering projects within UK Government departments or agencies.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Additional Pega certifications.

  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
