Overview

Role: Caseworker.

Contract Length: 31/03/2027

Location Hybrid: Whitehall (Inner London). Onsite induction, then hybrid. 1-3 days per week on site, as required for business needs.

Top 3 Essential Evaluation Criteria

  • Active SC Clearance (no restrictions) and a Sole UK National.
  • Caseworker experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 competent

Minimum Requirement

  • Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Experience using government policy to make decisions.
  • Experience working to strict policies and procedures.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
  • Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
  • Previous Casework Experience.
  • Experience of problem solving.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Good knowledge of Data Protection.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills, understanding of English, especially written.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
  • Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.
  • Empathy.
