We are seeking a skilled MRO Repair Design Engineer (Structures Dispositions) with strong expertise in repair engineering, dispositioning, and methods planning for aerospace components. The candidate will be responsible for analysing damages, developing repair solutions, and creating method plans using OEM manuals, engineering data, and industry standards to support Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze damaged components (metallic and composite structures) and provide repair dispositions in line with engineering requirements.
  • Develop and document repair solutions and method plans (step-by-step work instructions) to support shop floor execution.
  • Review and interpret engineering documents such as SRMs, drawings, CMMs, repair schemes, and similar repair data to define appropriate actions (repair/replace).
  • Create and validate repair procedures, including new repair development where standard data is not available.
