Your role:
- The role requires a hands-on engineer who can implement, support and continuously improve workplace solutions while ensuring a secure, stable and seamless end user experience.
- Provide expert-level 3rd line support and technical leadership across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows OS, Apple Business Manager, iOS device management, policy deployment and PowerShell automation.
- Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties and vendors.
- Identifying of Automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Problem solving and solutioning.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on 3rd line experience skills in packaging for multiple platforms.
- Expertise in a variety of packaging tools.
- Strong knowledge of different packaging formats.
- Experience on troubleshooting issues.
- Experience working within enterprise and highly regulated environments.
