Pay Rate: £554/Day - Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Location: Telford/Remote

We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada. This is an excellent job opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Formal documentation of the existing live service (some service design work).
  • Ensure stable operation of the platforms.
  • Management of a team of engineers, QA and designers and researchers.
  • Coordination and prioritisation of activities including platform upgrades, live form fixes, small changes, QA and platform improvements.
  • Establish appropriate SLA and service management reporting.
  • Input into weekly/monthly service reporting.

An experienced service delivery manager / designer or delivery manager with good knowledge of service delivery.
