Location: Telford 40% office (2-days a week)

Service Designer to join the One Login for Government programme. Working with the One Login programme on supporting the overall design changes needed within the many phases of One Login work that we have to deliver over the next few years. Helping shape delivery for the team, working closely with UX & Build teams, improving the team's ways of working and providing output to feed into the stakeholder updates/reports.

Focussed on supporting with customer journey design relating to life events and linking to broader CRM use cases. Specifically:

  • Creating alignment for each life event on the aim, impact, and measurement approach
  • Developing an 'as-is' view of existing programmes across the business.
  • Creating a clear design approach for each journey based upon business prioritisation and architectural maturity.
  • Mapping out existing and 'to-be' processes and approaches for the prioritised use cases, helping to determine and align on the build approach from POC onwards.
  • Aiding the development of joined-up journey creation considering regime level journeys (starting with Income Tax and Corporation Tax), channel strategy, drive to digital and upstream compliance programmes.
  • Supporting the identification of and approach to any changes within the overall operating model.
