- How the integrations as supplied by 3rd party can be applied in the client context of individual entities
- What to take into account for the individual entities and departments within the entities in terms of local behaviour and setting
- Create a plan for convergence toward a more global approach to be applied after Client harmonization
- Client and document use cases (post implementation) how should the combined solution work for the agent to get the most out of the integration in terms of efficiency
- lign use cases with the stakeholders: Local Users, Omni Business Lead, Sales and Service Directors, Client Architect, Local Developer
- Testing and Validation, preparation and execution
- Develop and document test cases for individual entities to ensure proper execution of the integration
- Execute test cases and document problems found, produce feedback towards developers
