OverviewLocation: LHR35 | Contract length: 9 months | Start date: ASAP
The role is a Finance Manager focused on process improvement, business partnering, and stakeholder management for our EU Middle Mile transportation network (ATS). You will drive profitability and customer experience by directly influencing the development, planning, and execution of our transportation network.
Key Responsibilities
Peak Captain – apply lessons learned from 2023 to ensure peak preparedness in 2024 through reporting, analysis and financial planning while providing direction and challenge.
High Volume Event Strategy – partner with business to deliver a standardised, integrated, end‐to‐end model that delivers on cost and customer outcomes.
Labour Strategy – support projects and initiatives through robust financial analysis of ROI, form a view and challenge the business.
Qualifications
6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‐making.
6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, determining root causes and implementing an escalation plan.
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting results.
