Business Analyst – eDiscovery – Symantec Discovery Accelerator – NUIX

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a massive Global Consultancy who require a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Knutsford.

The Legal eDiscovery Technical Operations team is responsible for supporting the bank\’s legal and investigation teams, allowing digitally held data to be appropriately collected and delivered for review.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in technology related role
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientated individual with proven ability to execute process consistently
  • Knowledge of enterprise and industry standard technology (eg Email, Bloomberg, Archiving infrastructure)
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, customers, colleagues and subordinates
  • Excellent time management and planning skills with experience of working under pressure

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in data collection and processing
  • Knowledge of Symantec Discovery Accelerator and NUIX (Search/Indexing product)
  • Experience in conducting eDiscovery exercises within the financial sector.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (eg Word, Excel & Access)
  • Ability to develop custom solutions using enterprise applications (eg MS SharePoint, MS SQL, Oracle, PowerShell)
