Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: London
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Role Objective

  • Effectively manage client due diligence and process discovery exercise – understanding of client processes for automation and documentation of the processes. Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow. Facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

Professional Know-how

Academic: Graduation or Post Graduate (any discipline)
Desirable: Graduate of Software Engineering

Experience:

  • Work experience in ITeS / IT / Robotics Process Automation sectors
  • Automation opportunities identification, solution designing
  • Should have preferably worked on RPA-related projects in the role of a business analyst

Primary Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client due diligence and process discovery exercise – understanding of client processes for automation and documentation of the processes
  • Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow
  • Facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and production phase
  • Work with project managers, client contacts, software delivery and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and documented
  • Facilitate daily stand up meetings on behalf of project manager, coordinate with client on a day-to-day basis for scope clarifications
  • Solve day-to-day issues arising while running automation projects and provide timely resolutions.

  • Requirement gathering
  • Knowledge of RPA tools currently available in the market
  • Working knowledge of RPA tools will be added advantage

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written business communication
  • Delivery-oriented, able to meet deadlines and expectations while juggling multiple and changing priorities
  • Strategic orientation combined with operational strength / task orientation
  • A consultative approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
