The Legal eDiscovery Technical Operations team is responsible for supporting the bank's legal and investigation teams, allowing digitally held data to be appropriately collected and delivered for review.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology related role
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientated individual with proven ability to execute process consistently
- Knowledge of enterprise and industry standard technology (e.g. Email, Bloomberg, Archiving infrastructure)
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, customers, colleagues and subordinates
- Excellent time management and planning skills with experience of working under pressure
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in data collection and processing
- Knowledge of Symantec Discovery Accelerator and NUIX (Search/Indexing product)
- Experience in conducting eDiscovery exercises within the financial sector.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel & Access)
- Ability to develop custom solutions using enterprise applications (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS SQL, Oracle, PowerShell)
