The Legal eDiscovery Technical Operations team is responsible for supporting the bank's legal and investigation teams, allowing digitally held data to be appropriately collected and delivered for review.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology related role
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientated individual with proven ability to execute process consistently
  • Knowledge of enterprise and industry standard technology (e.g. Email, Bloomberg, Archiving infrastructure)
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, customers, colleagues and subordinates
  • Excellent time management and planning skills with experience of working under pressure

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in data collection and processing
  • Knowledge of Symantec Discovery Accelerator and NUIX (Search/Indexing product)
  • Experience in conducting eDiscovery exercises within the financial sector.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel & Access)
  • Ability to develop custom solutions using enterprise applications (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS SQL, Oracle, PowerShell)
