Essential
– Minimum of 5 years\’ experience as Business Analyst
– Experience of delivering medium to large scale Change/Transformation projects
– Working experience of delivering Financial Crime projects involving (but not limited to) KYC/CDD and/or customer screening
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (director level and above)
– Experience of eliciting and capturing business requirements
– Experience of creating detailed process maps
– Experience in directing junior Business Analysts within the team
Desirable
– Experience and exposure of all phases of a project lifecycle
– Ability to run project workshops
