We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our leading R&D team!
To sustain our growth and day to day operations we rely on hundreds of automated processes, and to make sure they are working properly our QA Manager is looking for assistance! Responsibilities- Test new and existing features to ensure high quality
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using C# and Playwright
- Build and manage regression, integration, and E2E test suites
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reports
- Collaborate with development and product teams to meet quality standards
- Maintain and improve QA processes, standards, and documentation
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration
- Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency
- Report quality metrics and provide recommendations
This is a remote freelance position. Only English resumes will be considered!
Requirements- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – a must.
- 2-3 years QA experience - a must.
- Experience in development or test automation using tools such as C#, Java, Python, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and Cypress - a must.
- Proven record building (page-object or similar patterns).
- CI/CD integration experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
- Solid grasp of STLC, test design techniques, and bug life cycle management.
- Experience with REST API testing and data-driven testing approaches.
- Knowledge on Jira, Monday or similar.
- Experience with Contact Center systems – BIG Advantage.
- Knowledge on system integration processes (webhook, JSON)
- Experience with Xray, TestRail, or other test-management tools.
- Experience with performance, compatibility, or UX testing processes.
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools or test generation utilities.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, or Kubernetes-based test environments.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Experience with SQL.
- Mobile testing experience (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- ISTQB or other global QA certifications.
