The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Deliver targeted, specialist support to individuals and small groups, enabling students to access learning, remain engaged and make measurable progress. Implement and adapt planned learning activities and intervention programmes in collaboration with teaching staff. Monitor, assess, record and report on student progress, contributing to individual education plans and targeted support. Work closely with teachers, SENCo/INCo, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure inclusive and effective provision. Use developed behaviour management strategies to support students with additional or complex needs. Produce and adapt learning resources to meet individual student needs. Provide cover for small groups or classes where appropriate training or experience has been provided. Contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive environment, upholding safeguarding, confidentiality and equality at all times. Support or mentor less experienced colleagues where required.

Required skills and experience:
- A strong understanding of the teaching assistant role and how to effectively support learning and behaviour.
- Experience supporting students one‑to‑one and in small groups, including those with SEND or additional needs.
- Good planning, organisation and communication skills, including empathy and active listening.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent).
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), or a commitment to undertake further training.
- A clear commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the wellbeing of all students.
