Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across Stroud and the surrounding areas. If you have experience working with children and a passion for supporting their growth and development, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
  • Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support.

  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.

Requirements:

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
