The Role

- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various year groups and subjects.

What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English and a Level 3 NQF qualification.
- Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students while promoting good progress.
- A calm, authoritative communication style and strong classroom management skills.
- Organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Ideally, experience in a care or pastoral role.
