An opportunity has arisen at Maypole School (Streatham) for a reliable and flexible Caretaker/Facilities Manager to join our team, who is keen to make a difference and assist with maintaining the premises and grounds to a high standard.
As a key part of our site team you’ll have responsibility for general site maintenance, using a varied skillset to carry out tasks such as:
- Site maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Manual handling
- Health and safety checks
As well as ensuring the site is in a good condition for all to work and learn effectively.
Job requirements:
- Good standard of maintenance and DIY experience with an understanding of health and safety parameters
