Overview
RECEPTIONIST/FIRST AIDER (School Administration Support Level 3) Required: As soon as possible. Salary: BG7 equivalent Β£26,824-Β£28,142 pro rata plus First Aid Allowance. Location: Whitchurch, Bristol. Contract Type: 37 hours per week (term time only) (part time hours would be considered). Contract Term: Permanent contract. The Governors of this outstanding Catholic 11β16 school are seeking to appoint a Lead First Aider/Receptionist who will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and smooth day-to-day running of the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid provision to students, while also managing front-of-house reception duties and providing essential administrative support within a busy school office.
Responsibilities
- Provide both reception and clerical support in a busy school office
- Be the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring information flows are effective.
- Complete first aid training and be the front line first aider providing basic first aid to students
