Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The role is primarily based at our Slough & Langley campus and will also involve working across our Slough & Langley and Berkshire College for Agriculture sites. This is an apprenticeship with an expected end date of 2 years from commencement. The role pays the National Living Wage which is £23,957.10.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a trainee within the team, supporting employer engagement activity and helping to increase apprenticeship starts year‑on‑year. You will develop key skills in business administration, communication, customer engagement, and sales support, while receiving structured training and ongoing mentoring.
