About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The Safeguarding Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and protection of learners within the college. The role involves providing specialist advice, support, and guidance on safeguarding matters, managing safeguarding concerns, and ensuring that appropriate interventions and support mechanisms are in place for learners facing vulnerabilities. The Officer will be the first point of contact for learners and will work closely with both internal staff and external agencies to safeguard the welfare of learners.
