We are looking to recruit reliable and organised Exam Invigilators to join our team at Childwall Sports & Science Academy. This is a casual role supporting internal and external examinations throughout the year, with peak demand during MayβJune. No previous invigilation experience is required β full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise exams in line with JCQ regulations
- Ensure exam conditions are maintained and students follow procedures
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
- Complete attendance registers and seating plans
- Support students entering/exiting the exam room, including late arrivals
- Report concerns or malpractice to senior staff
- Maintain the security and integrity of exam papers
Qualifications
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of safeguarding
- Reliable, professional and confident in managing exam rooms
Desirable:
- Experience in a school or working with young people
- General admin experience
