The purpose of this post is for a Level 4 Careers Advisor to work flexibly across the college and with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves providing effective, high-quality, impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance tailored to the needs of a diverse range of prospective and current students.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure the careers programme and student entitlement meet all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice. This includes conducting 1:1s, workshops, activities, and events that are aspirational, empowering, and enable students to make informed decisions about their future education, training, and employment options.
