Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
- Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
- Previous experience in a Good or Outstanding nursery environment.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Confident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high-quality interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child-centred practice.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Passionate about providing personalised, innovative and bespoke childcare experiences.
