Radio City School in Scotland are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. The successful candidate will be a solution-focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Communication – Communicating with our home managers is vital in providing effective support. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff and other areas of the business.
  • Organisation – You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, including but not exclusive to weekly payroll hours entry and petty cash submissions & reconciliations.
  • Attentive – No two tasks are the same, so being attentive by answering telephone calls, providing guidance to home managers, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Aspris is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure Scotland and PVG membership and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our Schools.
