The location and operational area for the roles will be allocated and based within the four Surrey quadrants. This pilot project is designed to strengthen early intervention and inclusive practice, supporting children with emerging Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), behavioural, and pastoral needs. • Passionate about inclusion supporting all students to gain an inspirational education both academically and pastorally.
  • An outstanding practitioner with high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour who is committed to providing high quality pastoral support.
  • Able to maintain and drive forward outstanding standards whilst meeting the needs of a very vulnerable group of students.
  • An excellent communicator who is able to work inclusively with students, staff, parents and external professionals.
