Working Pattern: 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 12pm – 4pm, term time only

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Administration Team at St Mark’s Church of England Aided Primary School. We are seeking a motivated individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the school. The primary function of this role is to provide general day‑to‑day receptionist, secretarial and administrative support as a member of the school’s front office team, as directed and under the supervision of the line manager.

This role will be the first point of contact for general parent/pupil/visitor enquiries, responding with standard procedures or referring the enquiry to an appropriate destination. The role will contribute to the smooth running of the school’s front office. Administration experience is essential.

The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi‑Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently four academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School, Frimley Church of England Junior School and St Mark’s Church of England Primary School. The Trust is a dynamic and ambitious multi‑academy Trust on the Hampshire/Surrey border, providing outstanding education and support for almost 6,000 learners through its family of local academies.

The successful candidate will be expected to embrace the Trust’s values and play a key role in supporting its students.
