The predicted salary is between 19827 - 24000 £ per year.

Salary: Pay Range 3.2, Actual Salary £14,827.00 / 39 weeks per annum (FTE £24,330.00)

Hours and days of work: 4 days per week to include Mondays and Tuesdays from 08:30am (8.20am start on Mondays) to 3.20pm with a 30 min unpaid break (25.5 hours per week), St. Cuthbert’s School Term time plus 5 INSET days.

About us: St. Cuthbert’s is a happy and successful, single form entry, Catholic Primary School in Englefield Green (Egham). We aim to develop the Whole Child; our intent is to challenge all our children to develop their own unique spiritual, moral, intellectual, creative and physical potential. We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support learning both in the classroom and over lunchtimes. Our School is full of enthusiastic, friendly and polite children who have a desire for learning. We are a happy, caring and compassionate Catholic community where each child’s gifts are developed to the full and the foundations for lifelong learning are laid down. We are fully inclusive and nurture the needs of every child. We create a welcoming environment that helps children develop a love for learning. We seek to inspire our children with a Creative Curriculum, with specialist teachers in PE, French and Music. The school community has a relentless desire for continuous improvement and to offering the best possible educational opportunities for our children so that every child can achieve their best.   • Will be required to keep records and advise teachers of any issues which may arise during the sessions.
  • Will be required to provide lunchtime cover.
  • Will be required to attend relevant training.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working with children and young people is essential.
  • Have good spoken English.
  • Have good English, Math and ICT skills (Min GCSE English & Maths or equivalent).
  • Min GCSE in English and Maths.
